Notice: Maureen Kielty, beloved wife of the late Edward, peacefully passed away at Tullamore Regional Hospital, surrounded by her family. She is preceded in death by her husband and sister, Melissa. Left to cherish her memory are her sons Eamon, William, and Tony, daughters Mary Frances, Chrissie, and Winnie, as well as her 17 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, siblings, in-laws, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends. She was also dearly loved by her devoted caregiver Mairead and her faithful dog Max. May she rest in peace.
Friends and family are invited to pay their respects at St. Brigid’s Funeral Home in Brideswell on Friday evening, with removal to Ss. Peter & Paul’s Church for Mass of the Resurrection on Saturday morning. Maureen’s burial will take place at Drum Cemetery. For those unable to attend in person, the Funeral Mass will be live-streamed at https://churchservices.tv/athlone.
