Notice: Maureen Jennings, aged 76, peacefully passed away in London on Monday, July 24th, 2023. Originally from Carna, Co Galway and Reenascreena, Maureen was the beloved wife of the late Barney from Carrigfadda, Reenascreena, and Barney’s Pub in Ballygurteen. Maureen is deeply mourned by her sons Barney and Liam, granddaughters Niamh and Aine, daughter-in-law Loretta, and all extended family members.
The funeral arrangements include a visitation at O’Neill’s Funeral Home in Dunmanway on Thursday evening from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, followed by prayers at 8:00pm. The funeral mass will be held on Friday at 12:30pm in St. Mary’s Church in Rossmore, with burial taking place afterward in the adjoining Churchyard.
