Roche ‘Casa Rosa’, Rocky Road, Midleton passed away peacefully at her home on August 5th, 2023 after a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Maureen {nee O’Connell} formerly of Kilbarry Place, Farranree, was the cherished wife of the late Thomas J {Tom}. She was a beloved mother to Tony, Christine, Carol, Patsy, Valerie, Pauline, Thomas, and Dylan.
Maureen will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by her children, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandson, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, and friends.

Maureen’s family will receive visitors at her home on the Rocky Road, P25 VW50, on Tuesday, August 8th, from 5pm to 7pm.
Visitation will also be held at O’Farrell’s Funeral Home, Riverside Way, Midleton, on Wednesday, August 9th, from 5pm to 7pm.
A Funeral Mass will take place at the Church of the Most Holy Rosary Midleton on Thursday, August 10th, at 11am. After the Mass, Maureen and her beloved husband Tom will be laid to rest together in Douglas Cemetery.
The Funeral Mass for Maureen will be live streamed on mass-times-133/”>Midleton Parish.
