Notice: Michael Breheny of Cloonfad, Carrick-on-Shannon, peacefully passed away on July 28th at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved husband of Angela and cherished father of Andrea, Donnacha, Hazel, and Mark. He will be deeply missed by his heartbroken wife, children, son-in-law/partners Stephen, Emma, Hugh, and Eibhilin, as well as his mother-in-law, brothers, sister, brothers/sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and a wide circle of friends.
A funeral Mass will be held on July 31st at 12 noon in St. Patrick’s church, Drumboylan, followed by burial in Kilronan Cemetery, Keadue. Prior to the funeral, visitation will take place at his residence on July 30th from 4pm to 9pm. Please note that the house will be private on Monday morning. A shuttle bus service will be available to and from his residence on Sunday from Beirne’s of Battlebridge.
