Michael Hale

Notice: Michael Hale of Shortalstown, Stoneyford, Co. Kilkenny passed away peacefully at his home on May 8th, 2023. He was predeceased by his parents John and Mary, and sister Josie. Michael’s loving family, wife Ann, son John, daughters Marie and Carol, daughter-in-law Anne, sons-in-law Maurice and Matthew, and eight grandchildren Emma, Luke, Thomas, Lauren, Lilly, Seán, Cathal and Micheál, along with siblings, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbours, and friends mourn his passing. Reposing at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan on May 9th, his funeral will be held the next day at St. Leonard’s Church, Dunnamaggin, followed by burial in Newtown Cemetery. Michael Hale passed away peacefully at home surrounded by loved ones. He is survived by his wife, children, and grandchildren, as well as siblings, nieces, nephews, and a wide network of friends, relatives, and neighbours. He will be laid to rest in Newtown Cemetery following services at St. Leonard’s Church in Dunnamaggin.
