Notice: Neil Murphy, aged 56, has passed away suddenly on May 11th, 2023. Neil was the beloved husband of Eimear, cherished father of Lauren, Rachel, Dylan and Karl, and son of Josephine. He was also brother to Nola, Áine, Orlagh, Fergal, and sadly preceded in death by his father Anthony, and sisters Deirdre and Fiona. Neil also leaves behind many relatives, friends, and neighbours who will miss him deeply. A vigil will be held at his home on 16th May from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. His funeral will take place at 10 a.m. on the 17th May at the Church of the Sacred Heart, Seabury, Malahide, followed by burial at Balgriffin New Extension Cemetery. Mourners can attend the funeral by viewing the Church’s webcam services. Neil has been remembered as an outstanding husband, father, and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Reposing was held at his home on 16th May from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m and his funeral was held the following day at Church of the Sacred Heart, Seabury, Malahide at 10 a.m. Neil has been described as a wonderful, loving person who was an exceptional husband and father. He will be missed by all who know him, and may his soul rest in peace.
