Notice: Nora Connor {formerly known as Nora Friel} from Tamney, Fanad, Co Donegal, has peacefully passed away. She will be deeply missed by her brothers Jim, Artie, Patrick, her sisters Mary, Kathleen, and Margaret, as well as her sisters-in-law Mary, Bridie, brothers-in-law John, Joe, and Eddie, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbors. Sadly, she was preceded in death by her sisters Breid and Anne. Let us remember and honor her in peace. Funeral arrangements are being held at the residence of her brother Jim and Mary Friel’s house in Ballymichael, Fanad. A Requiem mass will take place on Tuesday, August 1st, at St Mary’s Church in Fanavolty at 11am, followed by burial in the adjacent graveyard. The family kindly asks for no floral arrangements and suggests making donations to the Community Hospital Ramelton, if desired, through any family member.
