Nora Donnellan{née O’Sullivan}

Notice: Nora Donnellan, formerly known as Nora O’Sullivan, peacefully passed away on August 2nd, 2023, surrounded by her loving family and under the compassionate care of the Palliative Care Team at University Hospital Kerry. She was the beloved wife of the late Jack and will be deeply missed by her daughters Margaret, Marie {Hilliard}, and Geraldine {McKee}, her sons-in-law P.J. and Richard, her four cherished grandchildren Jonathan, Padraig, Robert, and Anna, her sister Kathleen Daly, her brother John, as well as her nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, and numerous friends. Let us also remember her deceased sisters Hanna and Mai during this time. May her soul rest in peace.

Nora’s remains will be reposing at Tangney’s Funeral Home on Church Street in Castleisland on Friday evening from 5pm to 7pm. On Saturday morning at 10.30am, her body will be moved from her residence to the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Currow for Requiem Mass at 11am. Following the Mass, she will be laid to rest in St. Michael’s Cemetery in Killeentierna, Currow. If you are unable to attend the Mass in person, it will be livestreamed on http://www.churchservices.tv/coticcurrow.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Palliative Care. Contributions can be sent via Tangney’s Funeral Home or online through the donate link provided under ‘Kerry Hospice’.
