Paddy Brennan

Notice: Paddy Brennan, aged 90, has passed away after a brief illness at Hermitage Hospital in Dublin. He was surrounded by his family at the time of his peaceful passing. Paddy was the beloved husband of Peggy and loving father to Mary, John, and Andrea. He was preceded in death by his brothers Tony and John-Francis. Paddy will be greatly missed by his wife, children, brother Barry, sisters Ena and Maura, son-in-law Liam, daughter-in-law Ann, sisters-in-law, aunt Phyllis, grandchildren Nadia, Avril, Kia, Robert, and Darren, as well as other extended family members, neighbors, and friends.

There will be a viewing at the home of his daughter and son-in-law, Andrea and Liam McCarthy, on Thursday from 4pm until 8pm. The funeral will be held on Friday, with the removal at 10.15am to Saint Brigid’s Church in Dunleer for the Funeral Mass at 11am. Those who cannot attend in person can view the Mass live at https://www.dunleerparish.ie/2015/06/st-brigids-church-tv/. Following the Mass, Paddy will be laid to rest in Mosstown Cemetery.
