Notice: Paddy Curran, a well-known cattle dealer from Drumcarn, Ballyhaise, Co. Cavan, passed away suddenly at his residence. Survived by his wife, Patricia, son Philip and daughter Noleen {John Daly}, as well as grandchildren Melissa and Nathan, Paddy’s death is mourned by his many relatives and friends. His remains will be reposing in Cavan General Hospital Mortuary on Thursday evening from 6 pm to 8 pm, followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Brigid’s Church, Killoughter, Redhills, on Friday at 12 noon. Paddy’s house is strictly private. He will be missed dearly and may he rest in eternal peace.
Paddy Curran was distinctly known as a clever trader with deep-rooted family values. He was a popular figure in the agriculture community and had a wide circle of friends and family. The sudden news of his passing was met with shock and sadness by his loved ones. His Funeral Mass will take place in St. Brigid’s Church, Killoughter, Redhills, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. Paddy’s legacy will remain with those he touched, and his passing is a great loss to the local community.
