Notice: Paddy O’Grady of Ballyness, Falcarragh, Co. Donegal has peacefully passed away, surrounded by his loved ones. He leaves behind his adoring wife Madge, daughters Frances, Brid, Eileen, Maria, and Orla, sons John and Pat, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sister Hannah, and brothers Denis and Maurice. Paddy’s body will be resting at his residence in Ballyness from Tuesday, 25 July at 11am until the day of the funeral. A rosary will be held both evenings at 9pm. The house will be private after each rosary and on the morning of the funeral. Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, 27 July at 1pm in St. Fionan’s Church, Falcarragh, with burial in the adjacent cemetery. For those unable to attend, the Funeral Mass will be available to view live on the Falcarragh Parish Church website or Sweeney Funeral Directors Facebook Page. The family kindly requests no flowers.

Paddy O’Grady, a resident of Ballyness, Falcarragh, Co. Donegal, has passed away peacefully with his loving family by his side. The devoted husband to Madge and cherished father to Frances, Brid, Eileen, Maria, Orla, John, and Pat, Paddy will be deeply missed. He was also a beloved grandfather and great-grandfather, as well as a dear brother to Hannah and brothers Denis and Maurice. Paddy’s body will lie in repose at his home in Ballyness, allowing family and friends to pay their respects. A rosary will be held at 9pm each evening before the house becomes private. The funeral Mass will be held at St. Fionan’s Church, Falcarragh, followed by burial in the adjoining cemetery. For those unable to attend, the Funeral Mass can be viewed online. In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to be made to a charity of choice.
