Pat McDevitt{née Harron}

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Pat McDevitt, formerly of Newtownstewart, who peacefully left us on the 6th of August, 2023, at her late residence. She was a dearly beloved wife to the late Brendan and a loving mother to Marie, Anne, Brian, Patricia, Perpetua, Eamon, Brenda, Martin, Tony, and Brendan. In addition to being a dear mother-in-law, she was also a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother. Pat was a sister to Michael, Margaret, Jim, Martin, Eugene, Liam, Terry, Philomena, John, and the late Joe, Brendan, and Peter.
A funeral service will be held from her late residence at 5 Brackenridge, Downpatrick, BT30 6SP on Wednesday, August 9th, 2023, at 9 am. Following the service, a Requiem Mass will take place at 12 noon in Saint Eugene’s Church in Glenock, Newtownstewart, Co.Tyrone. Pat will be laid to rest in Glenock Cemetery.
We kindly request that any floral tributes be limited to family members and encourage donations to be made to Marie Curie or ALPS in memory of Pat. The family respectfully asks for privacy during this time.
