COUGHLAN {Sea View Terrace, Schull}: Passed away on August 9th, 2023 with the exceptional care of the dedicated staff at Bantry General Hospital. PATRICK, beloved husband of Mary and loving father of Aidan, Colette, and Pat {Paudie}. He was also the brother of Kathleen {Daly, Ovens}, Sheila, Anna, and the late Mary, Eva, and Donal. He was the son of Annie and Frank, who preceded him in death. He will be deeply missed by his wife, family, daughters-in-law Martina and Kerrie Anne, and his cherished grandchildren Nicole, David, Freya, Annie, and Tierna. He also leaves behind brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, and a wide circle of friends, particularly Laura & Cristín, who affectionately referred to him as P-Pat.
Visitation for relatives and friends will be held at Arundel & O’Sullivan’s Funeral Home in Schull on Friday, August 11th, 2023, from 6pm to 8pm. A Prayer service will follow. The Requiem Mass will take place on Saturday, August 12th, 2023, at 2pm in St. Mary’s Church, Schull, and it will be livestreamed at https://mycondolences.ie/. The funeral will then proceed to Schull Cemetery.
