It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Patrick Cumiskey of Drumganus, Broomfield, Castleblayney. He passed away suddenly at his home on the 14th of October, 2023.
Patrick is survived by his beloved family, including his wife Patricia and their sons Matthew, Dylan {Hannah}, Patrick, and Diarmuid. He is also remembered by his mother Susan, brother Damien {Patricia}, and sisters Maud {Jim} and Patricia {Anthony}. Additionally, he leaves behind his parents-in-law Paddy and Josie Daly, sisters-in-law Caroline {Ernesto} and Olivia {Alan}, as well as numerous nephews, nieces, and extended family members.
Preceding Patrick in death are his infant daughter Shannon and his father Patrick.
Patrick will be resting at his home, Drumganus, surrounded by close friends and family on Tuesday, 24th of October from 3pm until 8pm. The house will be private at all other times.
A funeral cortège will leave Patrick’s home on Wednesday, 25th of October, proceeding to St. Patrick’s Church, Broomfield, for the Funeral Mass at 12 noon. He will then be laid to rest in St. Patrick’s new Cemetery.
