Notice: Patrick G. Prior {also known as Gerry}, aged 78, passed away peacefully at his home in Cabinteely, Dublin 18 on June 27th, 2023, following a brief illness. Surrounded by his family, he was the beloved husband of the late Elizabeth, and loving father of Elizabeth, Winifred, and Denise. Patrick will be deeply missed by his family, including his sons-in-law Joel, Craig, and John, his grandchildren Guillaume, Jérémy, Hannah, Leo, Fiona, and great-grandson Léandre, as well as his cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Funeral arrangements include a viewing at Quinn’s of Glasthule on Friday, June 30th, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm, followed by Removal to Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in Johnstown/Killiney at 5:00pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday, July 1st, at 10am, which can be viewed online at http://www.churchservices.tv/johnstownourlady. Following the Mass, Patrick will be laid to rest in Mount Jerome Cemetery. The family kindly requests no flowers, however, donations can be made in Patrick’s memory to the Blackrock Hospice Homecare Team.
