Patrick Jerome {Gerry} O’Connor

Notice: Sadly, Mr. X, a resident of Dunroamin, Claregalway, Co. Galway, and formerly of Cookes Terrace, Bohermore, Galway, has passed away. He was preceded in death by his sister Mary, and his brothers John and Michael. Mr. X was a beloved husband to Anna and a cherished father to Douglas, Ronan, and Jenny. He will be deeply missed by his loving family, including his grandchildren Rory, Eoin, Cathal, Aoibhinn, Jack, and Alice. He was a dear brother to Peter, Martin, and Fintan, and sister Eileen {Fontaine}. Mr. X will also be remembered by his nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbors, and friends.

The funeral arrangements for Mr. X include the viewing at Sioroíocht in the grounds of the Church of the Assumption and St. James, Claregalway, on Wednesday, July 26th, from 5.30pm. The removal ceremony will take place at 7pm to the adjoining church. A requiem Mass will be held on Thursday, July 27th, at 11am at the Church of the Assumption and St. James, Claregalway. Following the Mass, a cremation service will be held at Shannon Crematorium. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Claregalway and District Day Care Centre.

The family has set up a condolence book for those who wish to leave a personal message. The family expresses their gratitude for the kindness and support provided during this difficult time. May Mr. X’s gentle soul rest in peace.
