Farewell to Peter Costeloe
June 30, 1942 – August 6, 2023
After a life well-lived, Peter peacefully passed away on August 6, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones at home.
Peter, a cherished husband for 51 years to Diney and a beloved father to Jeremy, Anthea, and Helen, will forever be in our hearts.
His absence will be deeply felt by his treasured grandchildren Gracie, Owen, Liam, Thea, Aoife, Greta, and Killy, as well as his siblings Paddy, Sue, and Nicky. Peter’s extended family, relatives, and countless friends from Ireland, the UK, and around the globe also mourn his loss.
A private burial will take place, followed by a memorial service at St Leonard’s Church on Tuesday, August 15, at 12:30pm. The gathering will continue afterward at the Penscot Inn to celebrate Peter’s life.
In honor of Peter, we kindly request that you incorporate a touch of Hornet’s yellow or a splash of Irish green in your attire.
