Peter Ruddy

Notice: Peter Ruddy, aged of Derby, England and previously from Elly, Clogher, Belmullet, passed away peacefully at Foyle Bank Nursing Home in Derby on June 10th, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Mike and Mary, his brothers Tony, Stephen, Michael Joe, and Willie Paul, as well as his sisters Kathleen and Lena. Peter will be deeply missed by his dear family including his brother Thomas from Cork City, and his sisters Teresa from Elly, Clogher, Belmullet, Breege from Cross, Binghamstown, Belmullet, Margaret from Springfield, U.S.A., and Ann from Cork City. He will also be remembered fondly by his brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors, and numerous friends.

Remains of Peter Ruddy will be held at McDonnells Funeral Home in Belmullet on Friday from 5.30pm until 7pm, followed by the funeral at St. Brendan’s Church in Tirrane at 8.30pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 12 noon, with the burial at Faulmore Cemetery.
