Notice: Richard Jennings of Lissatava, Hollymount, Co. Mayo, passed away peacefully at the Galway Clinic on June 22nd, 2023. He was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Kathleen, as well as his sister Norah. Richard is survived by his beloved wife Íde, his cherished daughter Jacqueline, sons Ivan and Darragh, daughters-in-law Danielle and Carly, son-in-law Tom, sisters Nancy, Carmel, Tina, brothers Liam and Hubert, grandchildren Anna, Ciarán, Thomas, Jack, Conor, Seán, and Faye, and many other relatives, friends, and neighbors. His funeral services and burial arrangements will take place on Friday and Saturday, respectively.

Those who wish to offer condolences or make donations in Richard’s memory may do so through the Mayo/Roscommon Hospice or Roundfort, Robeen, and Carras Parish Community First Responders. The funeral will be live-streamed on the Roundfort, Robeen, and Carras Parish Facebook page, as well as the K. Donnellan Funeral Directors Facebook page. Richard’s family expresses gratitude for everyone’s understanding during this difficult time.

Richard Jennings of Lissatava, Hollymount, Co. Mayo, has peacefully passed away surrounded by his family. The funeral arrangements include a period of repose at the Roundfort Community Funeral Home on June 23rd. On June 24th, a Requiem Mass will take place at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Roundfort, followed by burial in Roundfort Cemetery. The family requests that only family flowers be sent, and donations can be made to the Mayo/Roscommon Hospice or the Roundfort, Robeen, and Carras Parish Community First Responders. Richard’s Funeral Mass will be streamed live on Facebook for those unable to attend. The family expresses their appreciation for the support and offers their thanks to everyone during this challenging time.
