Peacefully, Seamus passed away at the Mater Hospital, surrounded by his beloved family. His parents, John Patrick and Annie, had predeceased him. Seamus leaves behind his heartbroken family, including his wife Anna Mai, daughter Sinéad {Ardagh}, and his sons John {Galway}, Paul {Rossan}, Declan {Kinlough}, and Martin {Kildare}. He is also survived by his brothers John and Michael, sisters Mary, Carmel, Annie Frances, Kathleen, Esther, and Elizabeth, as well as his aunt Sr. Mary. Seamus will be greatly missed by his son-in-law Declan, daughters-in-law Caroline, Ethna, Alison, and Sinéad, and his adoring grandchildren Donnacha, Naoise, Cadhla, Ella, Shea, Molly, Harry, Sean, Katie, and Annie Rose. Additionally, he is remembered by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbors, and numerous friends.

Reposing at his residence {H12XW68} on Tue 24th from 5 until 8pm. The house will be private at all other times, except for family, neighbors, and close friends. The funeral procession from his residence will take place on Wednesday morning, arriving at St. Stephen’s Church in Rossan for the Funeral Mass at 12 noon. Burial will follow at Aughavas New Cemetery. The family kindly requests that only family flowers be sent, but donations can be made to Multiple Myeloma Ireland through Mc Guckian Funeral Directors or any family member. His memory lives on through his sons-in-law; Declan, daughters-in-law; Caroline, Ethna, Alison, and Sinéad, and his adoring grandchildren; Donnacha, Naoise, Cadhla, Ella, Shea, Molly, Harry, Sean, Katie, and Annie Rose. The sorrow extends to his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, cousins, relatives, neighbors, and countless friends.

A time of repose will be held at his residence {H12XW68} on Tuesday the 24th from 5 until 8 in the evening. The house will remain private at all other hours, with the exception of family, neighbors, and close friends. On Wednesday, his body will be transported from his residence to St. Stephen’s Church in Rossan, where a Funeral Mass will be held at 12 noon. Following the Mass, he will be laid to rest in Aughavas New Cemetery.
