Sean McDaid

Notice: Sean McDaid passed away peacefully on May 13th, 2023 at Skibbereen Residential Care Centre. He was the beloved husband of the late Ann and father of Majella, Fiona, and Anthony. Sean also leaves behind his grandsons, nieces, nephews, sister June, and brother-in-law. He was predeceased by his siblings P.J., Seamus, Margaret, and Sally. The family will receive visitors at home on May 15th, 2023, with Prayers held at the same location later on. His funeral will be held on May 16th, 2023, at Immaculate Conception Church followed by a burial at St. Mary’s Cemetery, Clonakilty. The Mass will be livestreamed via the church’s website, and the family has requested that donations be made in lieu of flowers to Alzheimer’s Ireland.
