Sheila McGovern{née O’Conor}

Notice: Sheila Mc Govern {nee O’Conor} of Cartron, Templeboy, Co. Sligo and formerly of Castleisland, Co. Kerry passed away at Sligo University Hospital on March 27, 2024, at the age of 95. She was preceded in death by her husband Michael, sons Eamon and Donal, and daughters Sheila and Theresa. Survived by her daughters Bernie, Kathleen, and Anna Marie, brother Philip, sisters-in-law Anne, Betty, and Evelyn, sons-in-law Benedict and Tommy, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends and relatives worldwide. Reposing at Sweeney’s Funeral Home before the Funeral Mass at the Church of Immaculate Conception, Temple Boy. Interment at St. Joseph’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to North West Hospice. She is now safe in the arms of Jesus.
