Notice: Sr. Mary Connell, a member of the St. Louis Order, passed away peacefully at Sonas Nursing Home in Knock. She was formerly from Cloondolough, Kiltimagh and Louisville Belfast. Sr. Mary was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Mary Connell and is survived by her sister Carmel and brothers TJ, Frank, Willie, and Walter, as well as her Louisville Sisters, brother-in-law Sean, and sisters-in-law Christine, Mary, Mary, and Ann. She also leaves behind her godchildren, nieces, and nephews.
Reposing at the O’Hora Funeral Home in Kiltimagh on Friday evening, friends and family can pay their respects from 5pm to 6.45pm. A remembrance service will be held at the Church of the Holy Family in Kiltimagh at 7pm. Sr. Mary’s Funeral Mass will take place on Saturday at 1.00pm, followed by burial in Kilkinure Cemetery.
