We mourn the passing of Stanislaw {Stan} Gawlowski, who peacefully departed from this world at the Galway Clinic Hospital on August 19th. Stan, originally from Oftringen, Switzerland, had made his home in Knockatinty, Kilkishen.
Fondly remembered and deeply missed, Stan is survived by his beloved wife Helen {nee O’Shaughnessy}, his adoring daughters Michelle, Nadia, and Nicole, as well as his caring sons-in-law Markus, Erich, and Lutz. His cherished grandchildren Justin, Laura, Melissa, Jolina, and Emely also mourn his loss. Stan will be missed by his brother-in-law Donal, sister-in-law Margaret, extended family, neighbors, and friends.

The repose of Stan’s soul will take place at St. Senan’s Church in Kilkishen on Tuesday, the 22nd, with funeral prayers at 7pm. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Senan’s Church on Wednesday, the 23rd, at 12 noon, followed by burial at Clonela Cemetery in Kilkishen. The family kindly requests privacy at this time.
