Stephen Francis Concannon of Castleknock, Dublin 15, passed away suddenly at the tender age of 2 on April 3rd, 2024.
He was the beloved son of Caroline and Nigel, cherished brother of Chloe, and adored grandson of Frank, Eileen, Malachy, and the late Bernadette.
Stephen will be deeply missed by his grieving parents, sister, grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family, and friends from near and far.
Visitation will be held at Cunningham’s Funeral Home in Blanchardstown on Sunday, April 7th, from 1.00pm to 3.00pm.
A Requiem Mass will take place at the Church of St. Thomas the Apostle in Laurel Lodge on Monday, April 8th, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.
