Teresa Forde {née Tierney}

Notice: Teresa passed away peacefully on Wednesday with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Martin and a cherished mother to Jean, Martina, Edel, Fiona, Zita, and Martin Jr. She leaves behind her grandchildren, great-granddaughter, brother, sisters, sons-in-law, and many friends. The family will hold a viewing at their home in Cruachan Park on Friday, with a requiem mass for Teresa on Saturday at St. Joseph’s Church, Presentation Road. She will be laid to rest with Martin in Rahoon Cemetery. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Irish Kidney Association.

Teresa was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. The family welcomes messages of sympathy in their Book of Condolence as they remember the beautiful person Teresa was. May her soul rest in eternal peace.
