Tom Sweeney

Notice: Tom Sweeney, a resident of Willison Park in Blarney and previously from Straide, Co. Mayo, passed away peacefully at his home on June 26th, 2023. He was the beloved husband of the late Abina, and a loving father to Eileen, Michael, Kevin, and Anthony. Tom will be greatly missed by his family, including his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his sisters-in-law Marge and Breda, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbors, and friends. May he rest in peace.

A public viewing will be held at Crowley’s Funeral Home in Ballincollig on Thursday {29th} from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. The Requiem Mass will take place at 12 noon on Friday {30th} at the Church of the Immaculate Conception in Blarney. The Mass can be viewed online at https://www.churchservices.tv/blarney. Following the service, the funeral procession will proceed to St. Senan’s Cemetery in Tower.
