Tony Mannion

Notice: Tony, formerly of Dangan, Barnaderg, Tuam, Co. Galway, passed away unexpectedly at home. He lived a life filled with energy, humor, positivity, and kindness. Tony was predeceased by his parents, his brother Eamonn, and brothers-in-law Brendan and Francis. He will forever be remembered as a devoted husband to his beloved wife Fidelis and a kind and caring father to his heartbroken sons Aengus and Darragh. He was adored by his grandchildren and remembered with love by his daughters-in-law. Tony will be dearly missed by his brothers, sister, cherished family friend, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, relatives, neighbors, and a wide circle of friends. May he rest in peace.

There will be a time for reposing in his family home in College Park, Longford, on Wednesday evening, followed by the Mass of the resurrection in St. Mel’s Cathedral on Thursday morning. The interment will take place afterwards in Ballymacormack cemetery. The funeral mass will be streamed live for those who cannot attend in person. The family requests that only family flowers be sent, but donations can be made to the Longford branch of St. Vincent De Paul if desired.
