Ursula Meaney{née O’Dwyer}

Notice: Ursula Meaney {née O’Dwyer} passed away peacefully in the care of Our Lady’s Hospice on May 13th, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Richard and a devoted mother of Deirdre, Fiona, Rich, and Brendan. She was also an adored Granny to her ten grandchildren. Ursula was originally from Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary, but spent her last years in Rathfarnham, Dublin. Her sister Kathleen {Sr. Clare O’Dwyer} and brother Joe, along with extended family and friends, mourn her loss.

Visitation will be held at Ursula’s home on Monday, May 15th from 5 to 8 pm, while the funeral mass will take place the following day at the Church of the Holy Spirit, Ballyroan, at 10 am. Her burial will follow in Kilmashogue Cemetery. Ursula will be “sadly missed but never forgotten” by all who knew her.

She hailed from Ballingarry, Co. Tipperary, but lived in Rathfarnham, Dublin, in her later years.
