Ursula O’Donoghue{née Quirke}

Notice: Mrs. O’Donoghue, formerly of Farran, Milltown, passed away peacefully on July 27, 2023, with her family by her side. She was the beloved wife of the late Tadg O’Donoghue and cherished mother of Donal, Augustine, Maura, Michael, Martina, Julianna, and Ava. Mrs. O’Donoghue will be deeply missed by her siblings, Patsy, Kathleen, Dorothy, Treas, Bernadette, Gabriel, and Coleman, as well as her grandchildren, in-laws, partners, nieces, nephews, friends, and neighbors. She was preceded in death by her brothers Lawrence and Brendan, as well as her sister Margaret.

The family will be receiving guests at St. Brigid’s Funeral Home in Barraduff on Saturday, July 29, from 6pm to 8pm, followed by the funeral service at the Sacred Heart Church in Barraduff on Monday, July 31, at 11am. Mrs. O’Donoghue will be laid to rest at Kilquane Cemetery immediately following the service. Those unable to attend the funeral can view the live stream on the Glenflesk Parish Facebook page. The family kindly requests no flowers.

Formerly of Farran, Milltown, Mrs. O’Donoghue passed away peacefully in the presence of her loving family on July 27, 2023. Survived by her seven children, grandchildren, siblings, and extended family, she will be deeply missed. Visitation will be held at St. Brigid’s Funeral Home in Barraduff on July 29, followed by a funeral mass at the Sacred Heart Church on July 31. The burial will take place at Kilquane Cemetery.
