Vera Whelan {née Byrne}

Notice: Vera passed away peacefully at Clearbrook Care Home, surrounded by her family. She was the cherished wife of the late Thomas and a devoted mother to Damien, Janet, John, and Elaine. Vera will be remembered fondly by her children, grandchildren, daughter-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours.

Those who knew her will attest that Vera was a treasured member of the community. Her passing has left a void that cannot be filled. The wake will be held on Tuesday, the 9th of November, from 6 pm to 8 pm, at Michael Doyle Funeral Home in Finglas Village. The funeral will take place on Wednesday at Saint Oliver Plunkett’s Church in Rivermount, where a 10 am Funeral Mass will be held, followed by cremation at Glasnevin Crematorium.
