Notice: Veronica “Vera” Byrne passed away peacefully on May 9, 2023, surrounded by her loving family, in the St. Gabriel’s Nursing Home in Edenmore, Raheny. She was the beloved mother of Harry, Martin, Ronnie, and Margaret, and preceded in death by her husband Harry. Her sons and daughter, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended family, friends, and neighbours will all sadly miss her. Vera’s remains will be at Jennings Funeral Home, Springdale Road, Raheny, on May 15 from 3 PM to 5 PM. The Funeral Mass will take place on May 16 at 10 AM in the Church of our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, Raheny, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium. Vera Byrne passed away peacefully in the loving care of her family, surrounded by her family in the St. Gabriel’s Nursing Home in Edenmore, Raheny. Vera left behind her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and extended family, who will sadly miss her presence. Vera’s remains were held at Jennings Funeral Home on May 15th before her Funeral Mass at 10 am on May 16th in the Church of our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, Raheny, followed by cremation in Glasnevin Crematorium.
