Notice: William {Billy} Flynn, of Betaghstown in Clane, Co. Kildare and formerly of Ballynoran in Co. Tipperary, passed away peacefully on April 1st, 2024 after a brief illness at Naas Hospital. Surrounded by his loving family, he was the cherished father of the late Alison and Liam. Left to mourn his loss are his devoted wife Ann, children Maria, Norma, Sean, Grace, Claire, Leona, and Niall, as well as sons-in-law, partners, grandchildren, siblings, extended family, and friends. May he rest in peace.
Visitation will be held at his residence on Wednesday from 2pm-8pm. A funeral Mass will take place on Thursday at St. Patrick & St. Brigid’s Church in Clane at 10am, followed by burial in Bunacurry Cemetery in Achill Island, Co. Mayo.
The family kindly requests no flowers. Those unable to attend the funeral are invited to leave a message for the family in the condolences section below.
