Obituary: Formerly of Vienna, Austria and Greenhills, Dooradoyle Road, Limerick, and late of Glendara, Kilteragh, Dooradoyle, Limerick. A distinguished academic who worked at the University of Limerick, University of Kuwait, and the IAEA United Nations Vienna. Tragically passed away at his residence on October 19th, 2023. He is preceded in death by his father, John Declan. He will be deeply missed by his mother Pauline, his children Alex, Keith, Alanna, and Estelle, their mother Helen, his brother Seán, sisters Mary and Denise, as well as his extended family, friends, and colleagues.
Mourning Details:
Family and friends may pay their respects at St. Paul’s Church, Dooradoyle, on Tuesday, October 24th, from 5.30pm to 6.30pm. A Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday, October 25th, at 1pm, followed by a Cremation Service at Shannon Crematorium at 3pm. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to a Charity of your choice. The family kindly requests privacy at this time.
